My Journey Into Fitness

My path into fitness wasn’t about chasing six-pack abs—it was about finding strength through my own health challenges and a strong family history of chronic disease that taught me this: women like us need fitness that works with our bodies, not against them. That’s why I became a trainer—to create a space where women who never felt at home in a gym could finally belong.
